INGREDIENTS
Cob Loaf
200g Grated Tasty Cheese
100g Grated Mozzarella Cheese
x1 Spring Onion
x1 Onion (peeled)
x2 Garlic Cloves
20g Olive Oil
1/4 cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
x1 Large cooked Mud Crab (meat only)
250g softened & chopped Cream Cheese
250g Sour Cream
x1 Chicken Stock Cube
x1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh Chives
x1 Bread Stick
METHOD
Pre-heat oven to 150c.
Slice off top of cob loaf & keep for later. Remove the soft bread from inside the cob shell. Break up to use for dipping later.
Mix cream cheese & sour cream together in a large bowl until smooth & combined. Stir in cooked crab meat, onion & sweet chilli sauce.
Spoon the mixture into the hollowed out cob shell. Add the cob top & wrap in foil.
Place on a baking tray & bake at 150c for 1&1/4 to 1&1/2 hours.
Unwrap foil & bake for a further 5 mins at 190c (to crispen the top).
Serve with soft or toasted bread to dip & well as sliced bread stick pieces.
